The accessible rooms at Premiere Classe Chelles were cozy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep at a low price. The free high-speed WiFi, work desk, and TV with satellite channels and Canal + in the room made my stay even better.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the private bathroom in the room.

It was very hard to find the otel. The room was very dirty and the staff was rude.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Reasonable distance from Disneyland by car (± 20min / 35km).
The room was poorly maintained. It was clean (at least, I think it was). But it had some mold on the walls where the wallpaper was gone, burn stains on the floor, broken rolling shutter and the shower had a clogged drain. The toilet, sink and shower were in one 'wet cabin', so this whole area was wet after taking a shower. The room was pretty noisy (from both the connecting rooms and outside). We booked the hotel to go to Eurodisney, but keep in mind that it's about 2 hrs by bus and train if you plan on using public transport (this estimate was given by the receptionist). In the end, we just spend the night with breakfast, but I think there are better and/or closer options in this 'budget' price-range (maybe spending €5/night extra).

Terrible! Absolutly no recommendation. Too Old, Too dirty! Bathroom wasn't cleaned. too tiny rooms. Even 39 EUR is too much for that grubby place.

If you are looking for the hotel near Disneyland and you haven't a car it takes 2 hours to get it by public transport :((((

The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting Disneyland and central Paris. The staff at this hotel were very kind and pleasant. The price of staying here was very cheap. The rooms at this hotel were basic but adequate.
Although the rooms were clean, the design could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The moment, when we checked out. The name, which is - as you might guess - misleading ;-) Initially the price, but it turned out that the comfort was so bad, that even the low price was actually too high. The staff: it seemed that the hotel was run by a group of immigrants from central Africa. So their English was quite good and they all looked happy and relaxed and were quite flexible.
There are just too many things to mention, hence to make a long story short: This was the was worst hotel (actually it's a motel, not a hotel, like stated in the description) I ever stayed at (even worse than "Mr. Bed", which was my second worst experience. Fortunately we were so exhausted from the trip, that we didn't suffer for too long and felt asleep immediately. We booked for two days, but cancelled after the first night.

This prison like hotel is not even close to what they are advertising. One double bed and one single bed advertised turned to be one bunk bed and one single with 50cm between them, no window, unbearable stench, very unpleasant staff. They are even charging you before seeing the room.We did not stayed in this hotel [it doesn't even look as a hotel], after 15 min. We moved somewhere else without being reimbursed for moving away.

Location and Price
We booked this hotel for its central location, just a short drive away from the city and Disneyland, at a great price. The unlimited breakfast was also a plus that saved us money. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was powerful.
This hotel was not what we expected. We found the rooms to be quite basic, some with broken amenities such as light bulbs and toilet seats.

the rooms looked like a prison cell, the walls were filthy, shower head broke so when shower was on it shot over the top and side of the of the curtain and the bathroom was wet through, the toilet seat was broke, cigarette burns on the covers.

The hotel is conveniently located for visits to Disneyland Paris, and there are some great dining options nearby, including a lovely Chinese restaurant. the rooms and bathrooms are basic but adequate, and the breakfast is unlimited.
One aspect of the hotel's service needs improvement, according to some guests' reviews.

Close to Disneyland Paris, clean room and all-you-can-eat breakfast.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The price was very affordable. the location was good for going to Disneyland and downtown Paris; it was right in the middle. the train station was about a 30 minute walk or 5 minute UBER ride. It was relatively easy to travel even though my husband and I didn't rent a car.
Felt like it was a home away from home, no complaints.
